Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and onboarding new volunteers.
• Design and deliver engaging virtual training sessions and orientation programs for volunteers.
• Match volunteer skills and interests with appropriate tasks and projects, ensuring optimal engagement and impact.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records, including hours, assignments, and contact information, using volunteer management software.

Requirements

• Previous experience in volunteer management, recruitment, or a related coordination role, ideally within the nonprofit sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging and motivating others.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and volunteer management software.
