Job summary

TwoMedia in Cape Town seeks a Visual Storyteller to create photography and video for a diverse range of brands. You’ll work with strategists, designers, copywriters and account directors to tell authentic stories that bring campaigns to life.

From concept to delivery you’ll plan shoots, direct talent on set and edit for digital platforms, pushing production techniques. The role rewards creativity, technical skill and calm leadership under pressure as you help shape the agency’s visual language

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience producing commercial photography and video.
• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling, not just technical ability.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition and colour.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Confidence directing talent on set.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute commercial photography shoots.
• Capture and edit video content for digital platforms.
• Direct talent and help people feel comfortable in front of the camera.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts.
• Produce content across lifestyle, product, corporate and campaign environments.
• Edit photography to a high standard.
• Edit short- and long-form video content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during productions.
• Prepare assets for digital advertising, websites and social media.
