The Make it Good Company in Cape Town is seeking a creative lead to develop video-led ideas and branded content. You will translate briefs into clear creative direction and work with animators, editors, and illustrators from shoot through post.

You will build mood boards, decks, and visual narratives, partnering with senior creatives to refine concepts before client presentations. A strong portfolio and design tools proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing campaign thinking, concept development and video-led ideas.
• Ability to articulate a creative rationale and build a deck.
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Experience art directing or supporting art direction on animation, edit or shoot work.
