Job summary

AllWage in Cape Town invites a creative Video/Content Producer to craft engaging short-form videos, product stories and customer stories. You will own edits, design campaigns and push AI-driven workflows to scale our brand visuals.

You will collaborate with marketing to shape creative direction, test formats and deliver compelling content suitable for multiple platforms, while travelling for shoots within the region.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing strong video editing, original graphic design and content for organic social.
• Short-form paid social experience: understand hooks, pacing, captions and calls to action.
• Strong judgement in typography, layout, colour and composition, with work designed from a blank page.
• Practical AI experience: show a workflow you’ve built and how you judge output.
• Enough coding confidence to build or adapt a small script or automation, including AI assistance.
• Creative ambition and ownership: bring ideas, take them to delivery and justify decisions.

Responsibilities

• Make video that earns attention: own edit for short-form ads, product stories and customer stories.
• Create videos people want to watch: edit for short-form, test hooks and formats.
• Create a brand people recognise: design static ads, carousels, thumbnails and campaign graphics.
• Build better creative workflows with AI: develop templates and automations for repeatable outputs.
• Build an audience that comes back: develop voice and social presence, plan platform-specific content.
• Keep the ideas coming: develop bold concepts and explain their potential connections.
• Make more from each story: create content for remarketing and nurture campaigns.
• Bring stories to life on location: shoot sites with marketing on camera and lighting.
