Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) invites unemployed youth to join its Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandiser programme, a 12-month journey to become a retail professional. As a learner you will be on the shop floor, learning stock levels, FIFO, and how to place promotional posters across stores, with exposure to promotions and customer interactions.

The programme is SETA-accredited; you will receive a monthly stipend and, on completion, a nationally recognised certificate that proves

Qualifications

• A completed Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Maths: pass in Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
• South African citizenship with a valid ID.
• Unemployed and not participating in any other learnership.
• Youth development targeted program.

Responsibilities

• Move between stores and interact with store managers.
• Learn stock levels management and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices.
• Place promotional posters to catch shoppers’ attention.
