Qualifications

• Proven experience as Visual Merchandiser or similar retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing store layouts and displays.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory and space.
• Proficiency in design software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement visual merchandising displays across the Vereeniging store.
• Ensure displays reflect brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Collaborate with store management and marketing to plan strategies.
• Source props, fixtures and signage for displays.
• Maintain store visual integrity including windows and layouts.
• Train staff on visual merchandising standards.
• Stay updated on retail trends and merchandising techniques.
• Monitor stock and optimize product presentation to maximize sales.
• Contribute to brand storytelling through visual narratives.
• Manage the budget for merchandising activities.
