- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, GIS.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of master plans and urban design strategies for large-scale projects.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and urban context assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, landscape architects, and engineers.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, including reports, visualisations, and proposals.
- Engage with clients, government agencies, and community groups to build consensus and secure approvals.
