Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant professional experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships within a defined territory.
• Strong understanding of account management, territory planning, sales execution and business development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance by achieving or exceeding territory targets within budget and priorities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive growth.
• Build partnerships with eye care professionals and key opinion leaders to increase product advocacy and utilization.
• Promote Alcon’s Vision Care portfolio with clinical and commercial expertise, communicating product benefits effectively.
• Monitor market trends and healthcare landscape to identify opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
