Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic and operational management of gaming activities, ensuring high standards of service and compliance
• Drive gaming revenue growth through innovative initiatives and effective floor management
• Lead VIP gaming and premium-player services, fostering personalised experiences for high-value guests
• Develop and execute comprehensive VIP customer strategies aimed at acquisition, retention, and revenue enhancement
• Monitor gaming performance metrics and implement initiatives to optimise productivity and profitability
• Ensure adherence to gaming legislation, licensing conditions, internal controls, and company policies
• Collaborate with marketing, hospitality, and entertainment teams to enhance guest engagement and visitation
• Manage departmental budgets, promoting cost-effective and efficient operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop gaming leadership teams to achieve operational excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, employees, management, and stakeholders
