Job summary

Refined Naturals, a leading South African financial services provider, is seeking a creative Video Content Creator with 5+ years in video production and editing. You will plan, shoot and edit promotional videos, social content, interviews and tutorials, crafting engaging scripts and shot lists.

Ensure high-quality post-production and brand-consistent videos for campaigns. You will optimise content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok while collaborating with marketing and design teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in video content creation or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in video production and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic animation in After Effects.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong storytelling, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit promotional videos, social media content, interviews, tutorials and event coverage.
• Develop scripts, storyboards and shot lists for productions.
• Edit footage, add graphics, transitions, music and voice-overs.
• Handle post-production including audio mixing and colour correction.
• Optimise videos for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with video trends and techniques.
• Ensure quality and deadlines are met.
