About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Content Producer to join their innovative team in Pretoria , specializing in video and animation production within the Arts & Entertainment sector. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the entire production lifecycle, from conceptualization and storyboarding to final editing and delivery of high-quality video content, explainer videos, and animated shorts. You will collaborate closely with creative directors and marketing teams to bring compelling visual stories to life, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and project objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce engaging video content, including promotional videos, explainer animations, and social media clips.
• Operate video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to capture high-quality footage for various productions.
• Edit raw footage using professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished final products.
• Develop and animate graphics, characters, and motion graphics sequences using animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience for each piece of content.
• Ensure all video and animation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest creative standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Producer , Video Editor, or Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video and animation projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong skills in animation software like Adobe After Effects , and motion graphics design.
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
• Understanding of storytelling principles, visual composition, and pacing in video production.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an office-based setting in Pretoria .
