Job summary

Absa Bank Limited is seeking an Inspector to coordinate and perform building services inspections at dealer sites, verify vehicle ownership, and document conditions for reporting. The role involves planning routes, managing proofs of payment and delivery, and ensuring compliance within Wholesale Finance processes.

The position requires liaison with dealers and the Wholesale Finance team, training on procedures, and maintaining risk controls across inspections and reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan & deliver day-to-day team tasks & activities to execute building services accurately & timeously.
• Protecting the bank’s asset: Conduct Physical Inspections at dealers as per the approved frequency.
• Verify ownership of vehicles by checking original Natis documents and compare details to inspection lists.
• Plan and schedule routes for dealer visits and submit monthly route plans.
• Liaise with Dealers and Wholesale Finance & Dealer Relations to resolve queries.
• Provide process and procedure training to Dealers on required compliance and controls.
