Job summary

You will confirm ownership on original Natis documents, obtain proof of payment and delivery, verify settlements, and escalate discrepancies.

Qualifications

• FETC in Physical Planning and Construction is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Inspections at Dealers to protect the bank's assets.
• Verify ownership by checking original Natis documents and match details with inspection lists.
• Match VIN/engine/registration numbers to dealer records on inspection lists.
• Plan and schedule routes monthly, ensuring non-routine visits for effective inspections.
• Obtain proof of payment and delivery notes for settled vehicles.
• Escalate non-compliance and assist with dealer training on facilities and processes.
