Job summary

HJ Bosch & Sons is seeking an experienced Estimator to evaluate vehicle damage, prepare precise repair estimates, and liaise with insurers for authorisations. You will support workshop planning with accurate repair scopes and ensure estimates align with OEM standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven motor estimator experience, strong knowledge of vehicle construction, and proficiency with Audatex or GT Motive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a motor assessor or estimator.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction and repair methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Audatex, GT Motive).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Trade qualification in panel beating or spray painting advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough damage assessments using industry-standard systems.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates aligned with insurer requirements.
• Negotiate with insurance assessors on repair methods and costs.
• Manage authorisations and supplementary claims.
