Job summary

Bluespec Holdings seeks an organized administrative professional to manage stock control and vehicle-related procedures on site in Gauteng. You will oversee check-in and release processes, keep meticulous records of vehicles received and released, and conduct regular stock counts.

In this role you will coordinate with insurance companies, respond to emails from stakeholders, track vehicle locations for transfers, and assist with client belongings from sold vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and stock control processes before, during, and after vehicle auctions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure all vehicle check-in and release procedures are accurately followed in line with company processes.
• Maintain and update daily records of vehicles received on site and released.
• Conduct bi-weekly vehicle stock counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Tag and manage vehicle keys, ensuring correct key numbering and tracking.
• Allocate unassigned vehicle stock to the appropriate insurance companies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to email queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Update vehicle locations for inter-branch transfers and contact clients regarding sold vehicles.
• Assist clients with the collection of personal belongings from sold or auctioned vehicles.
• Provide administrative support to assessors and investigators as required.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management
