Job summary

Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking a dependable Dispatch Controller in Bloemfontein. This role requires accuracy in invoicing, purchase orders, and GRVs, with daily dispatch duties and stock checks to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate with strong Excel skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours when required. Sage experience and logistics/dispatch exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing of sales orders.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Invoicing of sales orders
• Creating and processing purchase orders
• Completing GRVs
• Daily filing and administration
• General dispatch duties
• Checking stock before vehicles exit the premises
• Conducting monthly stock takes
• Working overtime when required

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Good Excel skills
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required
• Sage experience will be an advantage
• Logistics/dispatch experience will be an advantage
