The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and visual design principles, with a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces that delight customers. You will work hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative digital solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to iterate on designs based on feedback and technical constraints.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction design specifications.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
