About the Role

You will plan and conduct user research studies, analyze findings, and translate them into actionable insights that guide product strategy and design decisions. We are looking for an individual passionate about advocating for the user, employing a variety of research methodologies to uncover deep user understanding. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for collaboration in the office and focused work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct a variety of user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and ethnographic research.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify user pain points, needs, and behaviors.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and compelling reports, personas, and user journey maps.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating the voice of the user.
• Stay current with the latest UX research methodologies, tools, and best practices, and contribute to the advancement of the research practice.

Requirements
