Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–12 months’ experience in a similar service/sales environment (US telecommunications).
• Experience in technical support/sales and/or telecommunications environment.
• Knowledge of operating systems.
• Wi‑Fi and networking peripherals knowledge (modems, routers, switches, cell phones).
• MS Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from business customers on sales, accounts, billing, and service queries.
• Provide product and service information and troubleshoot issues.
• Use network monitoring tools to identify issues.
• Log escalations and coordinate with internal support teams.
• Own incidents through to resolution and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with operators, vendors, and IT to manage telecom-related issues.
• Maintain customer contact details and produce periodic reports.
