Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, with 10–12 years in hospitality operations and at least 5 years in senior leadership. Salary is around R80k negotiable plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, related field and/or Certification in Hospitality Management or F&B/Event Management.
• Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in hospitality operations, ideally across multi-unit or estate-style environments.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership, executive management, General Manager, Operations Director or equivalent role.
• Experience overseeing multiple hospitality departments including food and beverage, events, accommodation, guest services, wine tasting and/or leisure operations.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, cost, profitability and operational performance with support from commercial or finance specialists for detailed analysis.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws, including employee rights, working hours, and fair treatment.
