Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of urban development projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities, utilities, and contractors for seamless execution.
• Manage project budgets with adherence to financial constraints and reporting.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
