You will engage with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders to identify needs, co-create project plans, and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on community development, social impact, or non-profit work.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and community mobilization.
• Strong understanding of socio-economic issues relevant to local communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of community development projects from inception to completion.
• Engage with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders to identify needs and co-create project plans.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
