Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse inventory control.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of cycle counting and FIFO/LIFO methods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status, including stock aging and potential obsolescence.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures within the Upington facility.
• Collaborate with the receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Participate in inventory audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Identify opportunities for improving inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all inventory items according to company standards.
• Support the warehouse team in maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom environment in Upington.
