Placements24 is seeking a motivated and independent Field Sales Agent to represent our client's products in Upington, Northern Cape. You will travel to client sites, build relationships, and drive sales through direct engagement.

The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals, with a supportive team and a strong commission structure. A valid driver's license, self-motivation, and CRM proficiency are required, with relocation considered for the right

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field/outside sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Resident in or willing to relocate to Upington to cover the territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel to designated client locations to conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations.
• Identify and qualify potential new customers within the Upington territory.
• Present and sell the company’s products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI"s.
• Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
