Job summary

FirstRand Bank India is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch. You will engage walk-in and existing customers, educate on banking platforms, and promote digital channels to migrate customers to eChannels and self-service.

The role requires knowledge of FAIS, FICA and TCF, with a focus on ethical service and regulatory governance while achieving sales and service targets in a fast-paced POP environment.

Qualifications

• FAIS, FICA, TCF awareness and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to meet sales, service and customer experience targets
• Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch
• Promote digital and self-service channels to customers
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure governance compliance
• Contribute to team success and adapt to changing customer and business needs
