Zusammenfassung

Minor Hotels’ Regional Africa Office is seeking a Luxury Reservations Concierge to deliver highly personalised reservation experiences for our discerning guests. You will be the first point of contact from confirmation through check-in, bridging Reservations and Concierge to craft luxury journeys with meticulous planning and proactive service.

The role requires outstanding relationship-building, attention to detail and commercial awareness, with experience in luxury hospitality and familiarity

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience within Reservations, Concierge, Guest Relations or Front Office.

Aufgaben

• Guest Journey Management: manage VIP and luxury reservations from confirmation to arrival.
• Personalised Experience Planning: coordinate bespoke guest experiences and special requests.
• Reservations Excellence: process reservations accurately and maintain records.
• Guest Communication: respond promptly via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: partner with Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B and more.
• Revenue & Upselling: identify opportunities for suites, dining, spa and events.
• Guest Data & CRM: maintain profiles and protect data privacy.
• Service Recovery: resolve issues promptly and professionally.
