Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a UK‑based compliance specialist to drive Right to Work checks and sponsorship administration. You will work closely with our Bulgaria Shared Services Centre to ensure compliance across in‑country processes, supporting sponsor licence obligations and candidate experiences.

The role requires experience with UK Right to Work and Certificates of Sponsorship, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate across multiple systems while coordinating with a remote SSC.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK Right to Work processes.
• Strong attention to detail with compliance‑sensitive data.
• Excellent case management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute Right to Work checks (online, video, and manual) and verify documentation.
• Manage Immigration & Sponsorship tasks including CoS administration and sponsor reporting.
• Maintain compliance records, support audits, and improve UK‑Bulgaria workflows.
