Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, customer success, training or account support.
• Confident running video calls and explaining things simply.
• Experience with a CRM or customer platform.
• Strong written and spoken English and a well-organised approach.
• A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work.

Responsibilities

• Run welcome and setup calls with new customers
• Guide customers through account configuration and first use
• Track onboarding progress and chase outstanding steps
• Prepare onboarding documentation and short how-to guides
• Hand completed accounts to the support or success team
• Gather feedback and flag common sticking points
