Crest Corporate, a leading CFD trading company, seeks a Retention Agent for its UK desk. You will manage high-value clients, drive deposits, and maximize retention through expert communication and strategy in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with company-provided leads, aiming to exceed retention and deposit targets while collaborating with sales and support teams. Relocation opportunities and international travel are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Forex or Online Trading in Sales, Account Management, Retentions, or Business Development.
• Proven experience in managing high-value clients and driving significant deposit volumes.
• Demonstrate ability as a natural closer with being result driven, self-motivated, proactive, and target oriented.
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms, client psychology, and retention tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client needs.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with high-value clients by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Retention and Engagement: Drive client loyalty and satisfaction through consistent engagement and value-added upselling/cross-selling.
• Lead Management: Work with company-provided leads to maximize opportunities and grow client deposits.
• Trading Expertise: Guide and educate clients on trading opportunities using knowledge of Forex and platforms.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed retention and deposit targets for the desk.
• Communication: Conduct professional conversations in English to build trust and encourage deposits.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, support and management to maximize retention strategies.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings.
• Performance Reporting: Track interactions, deposits, and metrics for management.
• Problem Solving: Address concerns and escalate when needed.
