Job summary

You’ll improve websites, landing pages, and user journeys by identifying friction, translating insights into design solutions, and developing CRO tests to prove performance gains.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize websites and landing pages.
• Identify UX issues and conversion opportunities.
• Analyze user journeys and conversion funnels.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Improve navigation, layouts, CTAs, forms, and page structure.
• Review heatmaps and session recordings to understand user behavior.
• Use analytics and user behavior data to inform design decisions.
• Develop CRO hypotheses and testing opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize A/B tests.
• Identify friction throughout the customer journey.
• Review the full funnel and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with developers to implement design changes.
• Measure and analyze experiment results.
• Prioritize opportunities based on impact, confidence, and effort.
• Continuously identify ways to improve conversion rates.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, design, and CRO workflows.
