Job summary

Motus Daimler Trucks Polokwane is seeking a Specialist: Technician - Service to repair Trucks and Buses according to dealer standards and specifications, reporting to the Service Manager.

You will perform all service operations, maintenance and repairs with high quality and efficiency, keeping workshop clean and safe while documenting work on the Repair Order and coordinating with the Parts and Service teams.

Qualifications

• Matric required; technical qualification preferred.
• Three years' experience as a qualified technician.
• Clear Criminal Record.
• A Valid Driver's License C1; EC is a plus.
• Diesel Truck Technician Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service Trucks and Buses according to dealer standards.
• Perform service operations, assembly operations and maintenance repairs with quality.
• Adhere to workshop policies and ensure tools and parts are properly documented.
• Standby and after-hours servicing as required by the Service Foreman.
