Job summary

Motus Daimler Trucks Polokwane is seeking a Specialist: Technician - Service to repair Trucks and Buses to dealer standards with high productivity.

The role involves performing service operations, maintenance and repairs, and adhering to workshop policies and safety procedures. You will coordinate with the Service Foreman, ensure proper parts usage, and maintain thorough Repair Orders and a neat, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Matric and a minimum of three years as a qualified technician.
• Clear criminal record and a valid driver's license.
• Diesel truck technician qualification preferred.
• Adherence to dealer/distributor standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service trucks/buses according to standards.
• Order and verify parts required for service/repair.
• Report additional work and obtain approvals promptly.
• Maintain tools, equipment and repair orders accurately.
• Keep the workshop clean, safe and organized.
