Rosstone Professional Solutions is seeking an accomplished Treasury Deputy to provide leadership across treasury accounting, governance, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives within a complex shared services environment. This senior role requires a strong blend of technical treasury expertise, commercial acumen, and project leadership, with exposure to FX, debt management, hedging, and data analytics using Power BI and advanced Excel.

CA(SA) qualification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' senior-level experience in Treasury, Finance, or Business Process Improvement.
• Proven experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Strong Treasury Accounting expertise: FX instruments, borrowings, hedging.
• Advanced Excel and Data Analytics capabilities; Power BI experience.
• Experience with finance transformation projects.
• CA(SA) qualification will be highly advantageous.

We are seeking an accomplished Treasury Deputy to provide leadership across treasury accounting, financial governance, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives within a complex shared services environment. This is a senior finance appointment requiring a strong blend of technical treasury expertise, commercial acumen, and project leadership capability.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 7 qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8-10 years' senior-level experience in Treasury, Finance, and/or Business Process Improvement
• Proven experience within a Shared Services environment
• Strong Treasury Accounting expertise, including:
  • Foreign Exchange Instruments
  • Borrowings and Debt Management
  • Interest Rate Swaps and Hedging Instruments
• Advanced Excel and Data Analytics capabilities
• Experience with Power BI, dashboard reporting, automation, and AI-driven tools
• Project Management experience with a track record of delivering finance transformation initiatives
• CA(SA) qualification will be highly advantageous
