Qualifications

• Experience in financial, insurance or banking environments.
• Credit cards or card processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process second level withdrawal approvals and load manual payments on banking platforms.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
• Respond to customer queries across multiple channels with timely, accurate information.
• Prepare and capture payment batches for withdrawals in the banking systems.
• Ensure withdrawals comply with prescribed checklists and reporting requirements.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and support, meeting turnaround targets.
• Attend to ad-hoc tasks as required by operational needs.
