Hollywoodbets in Umhlanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal invites a Senior Treasury Administrator to join the Purple Team. You will process withdrawals, investigate bank discrepancies, and prepare payment batches within our fast-paced finance environment.

We value accuracy, timely reporting and strong customer service as you coordinate with branches and stakeholders; occasional ad-hoc duties are required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Financial background with insurance, banking or transactional experience.
• Credit & collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process withdrawals accurately after compliance checks.
• Investigate bank-related issues with stakeholders.
• Prepare payment batches for withdrawals and accurate capturing onto banking systems.
• Process withdrawal requests from branches ensuring proper reporting.
• Monitor Withdrawals App/SQL reports every 5 minutes and escalate failures.
• Daily reporting of rejection and withdrawal statistics.
• Provide timely resolution of valid payment requests; WhatsApp updates to management every 2 hours.
