Job summary

Digital Outsource Services seeks an experienced treasury professional to manage cash flow, reconciliations, and reporting. You will handle daily ERP postings, vendor settlements, FX monitoring, and intercompany postings to support the finance team.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting/treasury, strong banking knowledge, and proficiency with Dynamics NAV/BC, FloQast, and analytics tools. On-site role in Cape Town with a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years accounting/treasury experience.
Solid understanding of banking practices, financial regulations and corporate finance.
Experience with ERP and FP&A tools.

Responsibilities

Upload daily bank statements and post into the ERP system.
Process bank receipts and allocate to vendor accounts and cash flow codes.
Post and match payment processor vendor settlements accurately.
Monitor and initiate withdrawals and funding for online wallet accounts.
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
Reconcile control accounts, including cash in transit, processor settlements, wallet withdrawals, and suspense accounts.
Provide comprehensive monthly treasury cost analysis including FX gains/losses.
