Network Contracting in Gauteng East Rand seeks an experienced Treasurer to lead treasury, cash management and FX across group entities. You will implement robust controls, optimize liquidity and drive value through sound financial planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Treasurer or within a senior finance role.
• Proven work experience within manufacturing (non-negotiable).
• Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury Management.
• Strong understanding of SARB regulations, accounting standards, and foreign exchange principles.
• Proficient in MS Office and Syspro.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement treasury procedures, internal controls, and risk management strategies.
• Manage relationships with banks and ensure SARB compliance.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting, liquidity management, and investments.
• Monitor and mitigate foreign exchange risks.
• Review and sign off on creditors’ reconciliations and payments.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and support audits and BEE certification processes.
