Job summary

Digital Outsource Services seeks an experienced treasury professional to manage cash flow, reconciliations, and reporting. You will handle daily ERP postings, vendor settlements, FX monitoring, and intercompany postings to support the finance team.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting/treasury, strong banking knowledge, and proficiency with Dynamics NAV/BC, FloQast, and analytics tools. On-site role in Cape Town with a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years accounting/treasury experience.
• Solid understanding of banking practices, financial regulations and corporate finance.
• Experience with ERP and FP&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Upload daily bank statements and post into the ERP system.
• Process bank receipts and allocate to vendor accounts and cash flow codes.
• Post and match payment processor vendor settlements accurately.
• Monitor and initiate withdrawals and funding for online wallet accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
• Reconcile control accounts, including cash in transit, processor settlements, wallet withdrawals, and suspense accounts.
• Provide comprehensive monthly treasury cost analysis including FX gains/losses.

Job description

* Upload daily bank statements and post them into the ERP system.* Process bank receipts and allocate them to the correct vendor accounts and cash flow codes.* Post and match payment processor vendor settlements accurately.* Monitor and initiate withdrawals and funding for online wallet accounts.* Monitor and fund negative balances within processing accounts.* Monitor and fund progressive pools and clearing house accounts.* Monitor and initiate foreign exchange trades to maintain sufficient currency balances for supplier payment requirements.* Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports.* Reconcile control accounts, including cash in transit, processor settlements, wallet withdrawals, and suspense accounts.* Ensure intercompany postings for supplier, customer, and loan accounts are accurate and complete.* Perform monthly bank account reconciliations.* Review all vendor open items, escalate discrepancies, and provide feedback to the Team Lead.* Provide a comprehensive monthly analysis of treasury costs, including foreign exchange gains and losses and other related expenses.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively* Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals* Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs* Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations* BComm finance degree or similar* Minimum of 2 years accounting/ treasury experience* Solid understanding of banking practices, financial regulations and corporate finance* Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central* Experience in FloQast* Experience in IBM Planning Analytics/TM1/Cognos* Experience in managing and mentoring a high performing team* We’re dedicated to your supergrowth.
