Job summary

Pick n Pay is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to support stores across the region. The role involves on-site health services, risk assessments, first aid oversight, and coordination of health programs for employees.

The ideal candidate will have a Nursing qualification with an OHN specialty registered with SANC, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum of 3 years in occupational health nursing, with travel to corporate stores required.

Qualifications

• Matric and nursing qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational health nursing.
• Must be registered and paid up with SANC and hold OHN qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OHS legislation and minimize injuries on duty.
• Provide occupational health nursing services including risk-based baseline medicals and exit medicals.
• Coordinate EAP activities and HIV/AIDS awareness and training in stores.
• Compile and submit monthly OHP reports and manage medical records and disability documentation.
