Job summary

Buscor (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Occupational Nursing Practitioner for the Malelane Clinic. This full-time role requires a registered nurse with occupational health qualifications and dispensary licensing, based in Malelane, South Africa.

Responsibilities include managing PHC and OCH programs, handling injuries on duty, providing medical surveillance, and supporting Safety & Health initiatives. CVs and supporting certificates should accompany applications by close date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in Primary and Occupational Health is required.
• Strong knowledge of OHSACT and related health regulations.
• Excellent communication, administrative and people skills.
• Fully computer literate with MS Office.
• First aid level 2 or 3 certificate is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan clinic programs (PHC & OCH).
• Manage injuries on duty and provide first aid.
• Provide medical surveillance and support occupational health programs.
• Liaise with occupational hygiene professionals.
• Prepare annual clinic budget and monthly reports.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSING PRACTITIONER

Buscor (Pty) Ltd, a leading transport company, is seeking an Occupational Nursing Practitioner for the Malelane Clinic. This full‑time position is available in Malelane. Interested candidates from all designated groups who meet the following criteria are invited to apply.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Degree / Diploma in Primary and Occupational Health
• Excellent knowledge of OHSACT
• Registered with South African Nursing Council
• Registered with South African Society for Occupational Health Nursing
• Valid Dispensing license – very important
• Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision screening experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in Primary and Occupational Health care
• Fully Computer Literate – Ms Office
• Excellent communication, administrative and people skills
• First aid level 2 or 3 certificate
• Own transport
• Medically fit

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing and planning clinic programs (PHC & OCH)
• Management of injuries on duty and first aid
• Provide medical surveillance
• Provide support on occupational health and safety programs
• Liaising with occupational hygiene professionals
• Compiling of annual clinic budget and monthly reports
