Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Field Installation Specialist to join our Centurion team. The role involves on-site installation, configuration, and initial testing of specialized equipment at diverse client sites across Gauteng.

You will coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth deployments and high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving ability, and a willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications

• Proven field installation experience.
• Ability to read installation manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and on-site troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission equipment at client premises per specs.
• Conduct pre-installation site surveys to ensure readiness and identify challenges.
• Perform initial testing and calibration of installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site.
• Provide handover documentation and operational guidance to clients.
