This role focuses on traffic analysis, road design, and collaboration with planners and authorities to improve mobility, safety, and sustainability. Degree in Civil Engineering with transportation specialization and 5+ years of experience are required; Pr.Eng. registration is highly regarded.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation specialization.
- At least 5 years of experience in transportation planning and design.
- Pr.Eng. registration is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Conduct traffic impact assessments, traffic flow analysis, and network modeling.
- Design road alignments, intersections, interchanges, and public transport facilities.
- Develop traffic management plans and safety improvement strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, design drawings, and specifications for transportation projects.
- Collaborate with urban planners, architects, and government authorities to integrate transportation solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with national road design standards and safety regulations.
