Key Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic studies, analyze traffic flow, and develop traffic management plans.
• Design road networks, intersections, and associated infrastructure, including signage and markings.
• Develop public transport strategies and infrastructure plans to enhance connectivity.
• Utilize traffic simulation software (e.g., VISSIM, SIDRA) for network analysis and optimization.
• Collaborate with urban planners and government authorities on transportation policy and project development.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and design documentation.

Requirements

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transportation engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) with ECSA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles and software.
• Experience with transportation modeling and planning tools.
