Job summary

EDU Africa in Noordhoek, Cape Town, seeks an Educational Travel Program Designer to shape Transformative Learning Journeys from consultation through to post-program reporting.

You will collaborate with educators, partners, and internal teams to design customized programs for South Africa destinations, coordinating with a Program Coordinator for logistics.

The role is hybrid and cross-continental, focused on relationship building, budgeting, and high-quality programme design.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; evidence of educational support experience.
• Experience managing budgets for travel, events, or projects.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, cross-continental team, remotely and in person.
• Advantageous: Honours or Master’s Degree; travel sector experience; study abroad familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create practical, educationally sound programs aligned with clients' learning goals and budgets.
• Act as the primary institutional lead, building understanding of each client’s history and goals.
• Collaborate with educators, partners, and internal teams to design customized programs.
• Interpret transformation results and share learnings with the wider team.
