Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Transformation Project Engineer at its Indonsa Factory. The role leads end-to-end capital, transformation and continuous improvement projects, from initiation to handover, with cross-functional teams and strict adherence to schedules and budgets.

The position requires an engineering degree and 3–5 years of project engineering experience in FMCG, along with knowledge of WCM and EEM, SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• PM certification or formal training preferred.
• 3–5 years project engineering in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Experience delivering capital projects from concept to commissioning.
• Knowledge of WCM and EEM methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital, transformation and CI projects.
• Develop execution plans, schedules and budgets with stakeholders.
• Manage Capex proposals, scope, and cost targets.
• Handle SAP project data, requisitions and invoices.
• Ensure SHE compliance and safe site practices during projects.
• Handover projects to operations after commissioning.
