Job summary

SAB/ABInBev is seeking a Learning and Development facilitator to create and sustain a progressive training environment for Level 1 and 2 teams at our Johannesburg site. The role focuses on developing competence to improve brewery performance through effective coaching, documentation, and budget-aware training delivery.

You will deliver shop-floor training, identify opportunities, develop apprentices, and drive SKAP assessments while ensuring records and SOPs are current and compliant.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or formally recognized Training and Development qualification.
• Advanced PC literacy (MS Office) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to shop floor and Level 1 & 2 teams.
• Identify learning opportunities and SKAP assessments.
• Develop and manage Apprentices; update training docs.
• Coach and mentor on VPO practices and SOPs.
• Record training data and evaluate training effectiveness.
