Job summary

Labournet in South Africa seeks a Training Management Specialist to identify client training needs, design solutions, and manage grants and SETA compliance from planning through execution.

You will build relationships with clients and providers, drive WSP/ATR submissions, and oversee Workplace Skills Plans and training initiatives to meet sector requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance and service excellence. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in HR, Learning and Development or related field.
• Experience in service delivery to business units is advantageous.
• Experience with WSP/ATR submissions advantageous.
• Experience/ involvement in Education, Training and Development functions advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify clients’ training needs and design solutions.
• Manage resolution of training gaps from inception to execution.
• Access grants and discretionary funding for training initiatives.
• Ensure SETA compliance and develop Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and ATR submissions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and training providers to enable referrals and opportunities.
