Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Support the monitoring of project costs, including variations and final accounts.
• Gain experience in contract administration and dispute resolution processes.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, identify potential cost issues, and gather information.
• Learn to manage project budgets and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on financial matters.
