Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Monitor project expenditure and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Help manage subcontractor accounts and process payment claims.
• Assist in identifying and valuing variations to the contract.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual correspondence.
• Support the negotiation and resolution of contractual disputes.
