Job summary

Creative Leadership Solutions seeks a skilled Trade Execution Administrator to manage contracts from initiation to completion, process bookings and settlements, and maintain accurate data across systems.

The role requires 3-5 years in trade execution or related fields, hands-on experience with Pastel/Etendo, and strong Excel/Office proficiency. Afrikaans and English fluency with own transport are valued assets.

Qualifications

• BCom in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting is essential.
• 3-5 years experience in trade execution, commodity administration or similar roles.
• Experience in contract administration and processing buying/selling transactions.
• Experience in data management, reconciliations and stock discrepancy investigations.
• Experience with Pastel and/or Etendo accounting software.
• Experience in financial reporting and supervising administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage buying and selling contracts from initiation to completion.
• Book transactions accurately and process billing.
• Track transport schedules and monitor contract progress.
• Ensure settlements align with contract terms.
• Maintain commodity movement records and reconcile contracts.
• Respond to client and supplier queries professionally.
• Train and mentor administrative staff; support team development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
